Insidious 2

The famous Insidious produced by James Wan and with the great actor Ethan Hawke has a sequel lauched out two weeks ago in France. As a horror film specialist I like the first one but I was a bit septic about the second. So before going to the cinema I read an article about the film just to have an other opinion. So the article's writter is Josh Terry for Deseret News, he made other critics of different kind of movies. 
The name of article is really true : "Insidious 2 provides plenty of jump scares but not much else". Really true because this film give you some suspensfull moment but not as much as the first one. To give you more precision, Insidious is a demonic movie where a family is posseded by a demonic presence in their house but I won't spoil the movie.

The article gave me the promise of boucing out of my seat and it's true that I've been scared two or three times but I expected better of James Wan who is a fantastic director normally. 
Moreover the article advance the fact that some moment which sound scary, it makes you more laughing than scream.    

 Josh Terry tells us to watch it only if we really want to know the end of the story even if a third could be produced (which will be an error for me, don't do that M. Wan).
My advice : it's a kind of, as I'm used to say, a girl horror film which is justify by the fact that the studio want to increase the entries and maximize the profit by attract as many persons as it is possible. But it's still a good sequel of the first one with great jump scares which is a nice emotion for us. Furthermore, all is granted with the first movie (characters, emotions, places...) so even if it's a small budget movie ($5 millions) James Wan respects everything and gave us a good show.
