New actor for the world’s most famous secret
agent ?
According
to William Boyd, the author of the last James Bond’s book, Daniel Day-Lewis
would the perfect actor for the next movie.
During his
last press conference to promote his latest 007 novel, Solo, Boyd explains that his Bond character resembles almost that
exactly of original author Ian Fleming’s character. It seem that Bond would
look like to the American jazz singer Hoagy Carmichael.
Daniel
Day-Lewis is one of the greatest modern actors. He won three times the Academy
Award for Best Actor. But this idea stays a wish from Boyd. With the Skyfall’s
huge success (greatest success of the saga), the current actor, Daniel Craig,
has already signed for two additional movies: Bond 24 (October, 23th 2015 in
United Kingdom) and Bond 25 (2017). This choice is in the hands of Barbara
Broccoli, the producer.
